We have a
block of rooms reserved under: Mini-Corps Associates
for:
Friday,
9/26 and
Saturday, 9/27
$84.95 , single or double- with FREE Hot Breakfast,
subject to state and local tax, currently 14%.
Check-in time is after 3:00pm and
check-out time is 12:00pm. Children under 17 stay free when sharing a room with
an adult, discounted children rates available for breakfast.
Individual reservations must be
received by our reservationist by September 5, 2008. Please ask
your group to refer to Mini Corps Associates when confirming
reservations to guarantee the quoted rate. In order to guarantee reservations
for late arrival, all reservations must be accompanied by a check or credit card
for the first night’s accommodations. Requests for rooms after this date will
be on a space-available basis and rate available basis only.
There we be a
Friday Night Social
in the Hotel Bar on Friday Evening, beginning at 6:00pm.
The bar also serves food until about 10:00pm. A full menu of sandwiches,
burgers, steaks and pasta is available.
The Championship After-Party,
on Saturday evening is also at the Hotel, beginning at 10:00pm. The kitchen will
be open for food orders until 11:00pm on Saturday.
